Privacy Policy

Data protection (medical and user data) is Dictadoc's raison d'être. Our model is based on "Privacy by Design".

1. Data Controller

The data controller for administrative data (linked to your purchase) is the sole proprietorship Thibaud GIOVANNETTI, located at 14 RUE DE KERCAVES, 56260 LARMOR-PLAGE, FRANCE.

For health data processed via the software, you (the Healthcare Professional) remain the sole Data Controller under the GDPR, as the Publisher has no access to this data.

2. Health Data and Voice Dictations

The Dictadoc software operates on a 100% Local (On-Premise) architecture:

• Audio Processing: Your voice is analyzed directly by your computer's processor (CPU/GPU).
• Storage: Transcriptions are stored temporarily in your computer's random access memory (RAM) during editing. Recordings are stored temporarily on your disk while Dictadoc is open; they are deleted when the software is closed.
• No Cloud: Dictadoc does not own any data storage servers ("Cloud") for application data. It is technically impossible for the Publisher to access your patient files. The only information stored in the Cloud consists of annual license keys upon software purchase.

3. Data Collected (Administrative Only)

We only collect data strictly necessary for the commercial relationship (purchase of the license).

Data collected during purchase:

• Email address (for sending the license key)
• Stripe customer identification number for order tracking

Important: Banking information (card number) is processed directly by our secure payment provider (Stripe). The Publisher does not keep any complete banking data.

4. Use of Data

The administrative data collected is used solely to:

• Manage your order and deliver your license key.
• Send you your invoice (managed by Stripe).
• Communicate important information about software updates (security, new features).
• Provide technical support (if you contact us).

5. Data Sharing

We never resell your data. It is only transmitted to service providers essential for the operation of the service:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Emailing Service: For transactional sending of your license key.

6. Security

Although we do not store your medical data, we apply strict security standards for administrative data:

• Communication via HTTPS/TLS protocol.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your administrative data:

• Right of access and rectification.
• Right to erasure (except for legal obligation to retain invoices).
• Right to object.
